I can honestly say that today I didn't think about my chastity once until I thought about needing to write this post. Of course some people would think that's simply impossible as I have a plastic device locked around my cock and balls, but when it has become an extension of your body like it has become for me the actual feel is quite minimal. (Especially when I'm busy or distracted.)
I really think this is the way that chastity works, the intensity of it is always there, but it comes and goes. It definitely comes more than it goes though!
